For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The Mighty God, the everlasting Father, and the Prince of Peace.

INTRODUCTION

The name of Jesus Christ is all powerful of all names in the world; there is no other name among men to be compared with the name Jesus Christ. It is the only name that saves when you believe in it. (John 3:16)

DISCUSSION

How do we contact the power in the name of Jesus Christ?

By Believing The Name Of Jesus Christ: We contact the power by believing the name of Jesus Christ that He is the son of God. (John 3:18; Luke 9:49-50)

By Prayer: We contact the power of Jesus Christ as we pray in the name of Jesus Christ and he answers. He promised by himself that whatsoever we shall ask in his name, that will he do that the Father may be glorified in the Son. (John 14:13-14)

By The Word Of God:  We contact the power of Jesus Christ by reading, hearing and studying the word of God. The Bible reading and hearing constantly and regularly develops our faith in him. (Romans 10:17)
