2 CHRONICLES 20:1-30

"THE LORD OF HOSTS IS WITH US; THE GOD OF JACOB IS OUR REFUGE." ( PSALM 46:11 KJV)

OUR GOD IS NOT A WEAK GOD. He does things His way and whichever way He chooses to run His business is good. Going through the pages of the bible, you would find our awesome God being referred to as the Lord of Host. This shows Him as the One in charge of both earthly or heavenly armies. No wonder He is called the head of all principality and power in Colossians 2:10.

As the Lord of Host, our God is also a strategist, and He unfolds them as situations present themselves. He could decide to raise a person like Samson with strength to go fight the enemy and deliver His own from oppression (Judges 14:2-4). He could decide to use a woman like Deborah and still win the battle and take glory (Judges 4:14-16). He could raise a David, a young man to challenge and defeat a giant (1 Samuel 17: 1-54); He could raise a king like Cyprus to accomplish His purpose, raise a nation like Babylon to bring back the attention of His people to Himself. He could decide to win a whole city through a woman who had had several marriages (John 4:7-29). He could win men over by turning water into wine on their wedding day (John 2:1-11). He could win an entire battle just by instructing His people to praise and blow the trumpet. (JUDGES 7 2-25). He could send angels to physically help His own in the day of battle (Joshua 5:13-15). He could decide to throw stones by Himself from heaven in the day of battle (Joshua 10:11).

Our God is a celebrated winner, can never be a looser, God of battle with many strategies. There is no challenge you have even now that He cannot handle.

Be confident that God who has called you, is able also to defend and deliver you.
