INTRODUCTION
Personal development is growing your potentials in order to put them to effective use in seeking God and serving humanity. We are all born with natural talents and abilities until they are developed. Some people can sing or play music or teach the Word of God, et cetera.
DISCUSSION
How can we develop potential?
Seek Knowledge: It is important to seek knowledge on what you want to improve (Ecclesiastes 1:13).
Associate With Like Minded People: You should surround yourself with people of like mind. (Proverbs 27:17, 13:20).
Self-Discipline: You must maintain self-discipline. You must stay honest and intentional about improving your potentials (Proverbs 25:28, 2 Corinthians 9:27).
Seek God In Prayer: You should pray always and follow the prompting of the Holy Spirit (Jeremiah 29:11, Isaiah 30:21).
REVIEW QUESTION
