GIVE JESUS THE RIGHT PLACE

LUKE 19: 1-10

"BUT SEEK YE FIRST THE KINGDOM OF GOD, AND HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS; AND ALL THESE THINGS SHALL BE ADDED UNTO YOU." (MATTHEW 6:33 KJV).

Our story emphasizes that no matter who you are or what you have, you must give Jesus the right place in your life to have a life not scattered or shattered. Zacchaeus was a rich man in his days, but he still knew he needed to meet Jesus. He made up his mind to seek Jesus and when an opportunity came, he climbed a tree to see Jesus.

The story is told of a preacher, who once gave a task to his little child to keep her busy while he prepared his sermon for the next day. The task he gave her was for her to assemble the map of the world. To his amazement, the little girl came back with the completed task in about five minutes. Shocked, the father asked how she could get the torn pieces of the map together to get the whole. The little girl then told him a clue she got. she said the picture of Jesus was at the back of the map and she knew that if she had Jesus in the right place the whole world would be in perfect shape. THIS IS SO TRUE!

When Jesus is in your life, no matter how torn life is, there is hope for restoration. Give Jesus the right place in your life and pieces of your life will be gathered and make a whole again. Are you losing your way? Allow Jesus lead you to a better life and as you read this devotional, take a decision to always have Jesus intact in your life.

Jesus can hold your life together, allow Him do it.
