DON’T BELIEVE THE DEVIL

LUKE 4:1-14

“And Jesus answering said unto him, It is said, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.” (Luke 4:12 KJV)

In this world, many people and voices boast about what is not even in their control but unless you keep the Word of God close, you might just be deceived into believing their lies. Satan went to Jesus and boldly and confidently said he could give the entire world to Him if He (JESUS) would worship him. How? A creature would give the entire world to the creator of the world? How many times have you fallen for these deceitful pronouncements? Well the scripture says Jesus gave Satan the devil a big blow by the Word.

Beloved, don’t believe Satan has you already. There is one who can set even the guilty free. Therefore, even if you are a lawful captive, you can be set free, if you believe God and pay no attention to the lies of the devil which looks like truth. Know that the devil disguises himself into an angel of light and wears the garment of deceit always.

A deliberate and conscious efforts put into deceiving you by the devil means you are more than you know. God has amazing and deep riches sealed up in you . You are more in Christ Jesus because each day unfolds another covered seal of your life. Don’t believe the ranting of the devil. If you have been knocked down by life, fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life and rise up from the ground with confidence.

Check your body, face and discover that you have not changed yet but even if there are changes, it can be fixed by God who always causes you to triumph.
